You know that moment when it all clicks. The light bulb comes on. You feel like you woke up and it was all figured out.
That was my moment.
My AHA moment.
That I am ready to charge forward. I have a plan, I have a goal, but more importantly, I have the drive, the want and the passion to meet these goals.
I have 90 days to kick my own ass. I have made a detailed plan. It includes clean, 100% Paleo eating, two work outs a day, lots of mileage a week for my shoes and a new perspective.
I am tired of sitting around, wanting change, but nothing happening.
You know why nothing is happening? I am sitting around?
Who is going to change me, if I am not going to?
Yep that is right, NO ONE!
So, as all my blogging friends are my witness, I am no longer sitting, I am now Kicking Ass!
