Today marks the fourth day of my new plan..... two workouts a day. One in the morning, one at lunch or after work. Or sometimes back to back. Whenever it works in my schedule it is happening.
You know what?
It freaking SUCKS BALLS!
Yep, it does.
I am tired.
My body hurts.
Some of the work outs my trainer and I have come up with suck. Fine, they don't suck, they are hard.
I want a pizza and a beer.
I know this will get easier, I know once I see changes I will be more than excited. I know this will be worth it.
Right now, all I know is that my body is sore.
And that means I am doing something right.
